This is one of my go-to breakfast recipes. It is great for on the go and even when you are at home. It is easy to make and it makes for such a filling and fuelling breakfast. It is well balanced with protein, carbs, fats which keeps you full until lunch! Plus the chia seeds are high in fiber which helps stimulate your bowel movements and improves your gut health!
