Last month, I was a mess.
It was a stressful month with new beginnings and some unexpected life curves that well were unexpected.
Maybe it was the late Spring that threw me off schedule but June came out of nowhere and I found myself just overwhelmed.
So overwhelmed that I kinda neglected to write my June intentions down. I don't know why but in June, writing out my intentions felt more like expectations. It felt like work and I was like F&*% it.
Yup, I lost it a little and I am sorry about that. Really! I feel bad I let some of you guys down.
You know we aren’t all perfect. We all have those days, those months where we are just not about it.
But what if I was (more) of a mess because I didn’t feel grounded, because I didn’t have my intentions to keep me on track?
I realized then the importance of taking some time to self care and reflect on your life. Whether you do that daily, weekly, or monthly, I realized it’s an important thing to do.
