1/4 - 1/3 cup Natural Peanut Butter (You can use more if you want but I try to limit the amount of fat)

Double Dark & Regular Dark Chocolate Chip Cookies
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
The trick is to “whip” the banana first. It should be runny with little to no clumps. Then add the oat flour and the peanut butter until mixed thoroughly.
Then add your protein powder and cinnamon
Lastly add the chocolate chips. The batter should hold together nicely (not too runny or thick). If too runny, add more oats, if too think, you more banana or some almond milk.
On a piece of parchment paper place little dabs of the batter (about a two bite sized brownie). You can make them bigger but I find when I keep them “bite-sized,” they turn out best and the more soft & chewy.
